Return Policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns for 15 days following a product’s delivery. We dont cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear and tear. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You pay for the shipping back to us and we provide Free Shipping back to you. In case of returning a product, write the RA number on the outside of the parcel and please provide a note with the items you are exchanging for on the inside. To return your product, you should e-mail us and we will give you return address. If you are returning an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Products can be returned to: Maine (USA),  Bilbao (Spain) or Bled (Slovenia).

 

Refund policy:

We only provide refunds for returned products within Europe (the first 15 days). But for countries outside Europe, we are happy to exchange your item, as yet unused & new, for a replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, you pay for the shipping back to us. Write the RA number on the outside of the parcel. To return your product, you should e-mail us and we will give you return address. If you are returning an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at moonchildeurope@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

While we do our best, in some cases your country may impose a VAT (value added tax/ customs fee). We do not cover this, and your country may require you pay it to them.
